White Stevia is the refined form of the Stevia Rebaudiana plant. It is obtained by natural extraction with hot water and filtration. Stevia powder is natural and chemically unmodified. Contains extra-pure Rebaudioside A (98%), extracted from stevia.

Stevia is a “sweetener” plant that is highly appreciated by dieters and people who cannot consume sugar. The sweetening power of white Stevia is over 300 times greater than that of beet or cane. This is the form in which it is most commonly found. Lacking the plant’s initial licorice taste, this form of Stevia is also the most widely consumed, and the most widely declined: Stevia powder, Stevia sucrettes (lozenges), and liquid Stevia.
